Marilyn Green is the President and Chief Operating Officer of JFY Consulting, Inc. and to the overall mission of the organization, she brings over 30 years of consummate skills in policy, project management, operations, strategic planning, non-profit management, organizational/leadership development, grant management, grassroots organizing, public speaking and capacity building. Ms. Green's educational portfolio includes a Masters in Public Administration and Policy Analysis, a Bachelors in Workforce Education and Development and an Associates in Science.

Since 2005, Ms. Green has had an ongoing relationship with the federal government as a grant reviewer and has a diverse portfolio of opportunities as she has worked with the following agencies: U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Headstart, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA), Family Youth & Families Bureau (FYSB), Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and many others.
She has been a reviewer for several State of Illinois agencies - Human Services, Public Health and the Criminal Justice Information Authority. Upon request, Ms. Green serves as a reviewer for the Milwaukee County – Department of Health & Human Services in Wisconsin. In addition, she has been a grant reviewer for Arch Grants Global Startup, Balsa Foundation and United Way of Greater St. Louis.

In 2021, Ms. Green provided technical assistance as a contracted grant reviewer for a behavioral health agency in Minnesota that resulted in a grant award of 4 million from SAMHSA. Ms. Green has designed and developed grant writing classes both virtual and in person for the novice and seasoned grant writer. She has taught classes to over 400 plus students since developing her online and in person classes.
