I'll tell it to you like a story:
The life journey of Marilyn Green is likened unto the Greek mythological bird, the phoenix. She has cyclically regenerated herself about every 20 years and rises again from the ashes to another unapologetic successful level.

She started her life over after not being so successful in college and became successful in college, she then abruptly changed her career at the age of 45 from being a dental hygienist to being a grant coordinator and then moved to being a public administrator. In between her normal 20-year change cycle, she decided at the age of 58 to start her own business, JFY Consulting, Inc. and developed her own grant writing curriculum and business services.
She is considered a “strategist for strategists” in the business world. Fast forward her life to the age of 65, she rose again to start her lifelong dream of a having her own talk show/podcast and named it after a phrase that people say to her often “Girl, Who Don’t You Know?!”.
“ I will never retire, I will refire”
At the age of 66, she became a one of the co- authors of “Stuck is Not Your Story: I Overcame and Am Victorious” and now at the age of almost 67, she is going to be a co- author again in a soon to be released book “Joy 365: A Devotional for Joy Restoration”.
She is not slowing down, not looking at age and still works a full-time government job. Marilyn keeps her eyes on the purpose that God has for her and is really having so much fun and at the age when most are retired from their jobs, she has “refired”.
She never meets strangers and understands that people come into our lives for reasons, and she has mastered the understanding of the “why” of the encounters and has started a Facebook group, “Girl, Who Don’t You Know?!: Next Level Networking” to help other people be a master of their encounters.
What’s next for the Girl behind the “Girl, Who Don’t You Know?!” podcast, who was born in St. Louis, MO and built in East St. Louis, IL….. stay tuned and enjoy the ride with this innovative, renaissance woman who uses her fearless brave heart to begin her life over and over and over again unapologetically no matter what!
